Our purpose is to provide the best financial life planning possible and to build excellent long-term relationships with our clients. We believe that the secret to any successful relationship is to have clear expectations from the beginning. We ask that you read the principles by which we operate and, what you can expect from us and what we expect from you as our client.

  • Do what's right always! We act in a fiduciary role. That means we are here to do what is in your best interest.
  • No hidden fees, no Commission. We receive no additional compensation other than from you. No commissions or any other outside compensation.
  • Good communication is critical for a mutually beneficial relationship.

  • Our services are an ongoing process that may include the following:  goal-setting, cash flow planning, risk management, investment management, asset protection, healthcare planning, tax planning, and estate planning.
  • We employ a systematic approach to achieve thoroughness and efficiency in providing comprehensive financial planning services.
  • A terrific plan requires a time commitment from you as well as from us.
  • We believe in a principles investment approach based on long-term asset allocation. We do not believe it is possible to time or predict Market movements.
  • Transparency is key. Creating and maintaining wealth requires long-term thinking and often, Behavioral or Lifestyle Changes. This means being honest with you even when you will not like what's being said.
  • Education is important. We believe that understanding why we're doing something helps you execute and for that reason we educate as much as we plan.  We took the time to develop our financial expertise also you can focus on what you do best.

What We Deliver:

  • We look at all aspects of your life to create an ongoing financial plan that fits your goals, values, and resources, as well as maximize your opportunities.
  • We assist you along the way all along the way with the heavy lifting process of implementing a plan. Then we monitor your plan regularly to make certain that all parts stay relevant and updated.
  • We keep your information confidential, safe and secure. Our client portal & office systems employ advanced security features and protocols to protect your data. We share information only as needed and with your permission with attorneys and accountants, and other professionals with whom you may be working.
  • We strive to return all phone calls within one working day and emails within two working days. We will inform you of any short-term deviations from this policy.
  • We have regular meetings to keep up-to-date with your plan.   We review each of the following at least once a year:
    • Insurance and risk management
    • Investments and your investment policy
    • Estate Planning and asset protection
    • Goal planning
  • We Are highly flexible and both the timing of when we are available and methods of communication to make meeting participation convenient for you.
  • We manage accounts within our investment philosophy and process to help meet your goals in a time in a cost-efficient manner.
  • We commit to always doing our best on your behalf. We are proud to serve in a fiduciary capability for you.
  • We love what we do and I take pride in doing the best job possible.
  • We are compensated by client fees only in our fees are fully disclosed to you and we do not accept any commissions or referral fees.

What we expect from you:

  • I am willing to participate in the Financial Planning Process / Investment Process on an ongoing basis.
  • I agree to provide requested information, data and documents in a timely fashion.
  • I agree to be responsive to emails and phone calls within a reasonable period of time.
  • I agree not to send documents electronically via email but that I will post them to the client portal or mail them.  
  • I am willing to use technology tools.
  • I agree to the 24-hour cancellation policy.
  • I value the input and recommendations I am paying Williams Wealth Services to provide.
  • I understand that Williams Wealth Services subscribes to a passive low cost investment philosophy.
  • I understand that Williams Wealth Services takes full responsibility for their errors. We do our best to minimize mistakes. Please make us aware of errors as soon as they are discovered we will do our best to correct these as soon as possible.
  • I agree that our relationship needs to be re-evaluated if we ever stop enjoying or respecting one another.
